Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Club Aspire Lounge - South Terminal Location: Airside - After passport control, take the lift or escalator to Level 2 and the lounge is located next to WH Smiths near gate 13. No.1 Gatwick - South Terminal Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, from the main departure lounge (upper level) follow signs for No1 Lounges. The lounge can be accessed via the corridor between Dixons and JD sports. No.1 Gatwick - North Terminal Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, follow signs for the 'Airport Lounges'. After entering the lounge pavilion, the Lounge is located straight ahead. My Lounge - North Terminal Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, turn left into the main departure lounge and follow signs for the 'Lounges'. The lounge is located on the left as you enter the Lounge Pavilion. Regus Express Lounge - South Terminal Location: Landside - After Immigration Check, the lounge is located in the Main Arrival Area below Costa Coffee.

The lounge did not have much selection of food and what was there was limited supply. I would not choose this lounge again.
