Meeting & Pickup
Meeting point for Tours is outside 1-5 Coventry Street (W1D 6BH). Seats are allocated on a first-come first-served basis, so we recommend to arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before the tour departure to grab the best seats. Tour timings vary to sunset hours of the season.

The tour itself was excellent. The issue was finding the meeting place. The confirmation said one place, the second confirmation said another and it was actually a different place altogether. You need to have better communication with your travelers.
