What travelers are saying
We had to wait at least 45 minutes for a bus. Then the drivers were not cordial. Other bus tours that looked like they were following the same route we wanted to take were coming much more frequently. In fact a guy, who was selling tickets for another company at the bus stop, tried to find out how much longer we had to wait for your bus to arrive. I would not recommend your company to others.
Im the agent, but client told me it was very good.
Was lots of fun.
Great way to see the city if you’re limited on time!
Great way to get a lay of the land upon first arrival to London.
The map of the routes was impossible to follow. One of the sites we wanted was Kennsington Palace. We thought we on the correct route but somehow the route changed and we never left the bus. Would not recommend.
We had a bad experience on this hop on hop off. The bus driver almost hit a taxi, slammed on his brakes and a woman went flying down the aisle of the upper deck and broke her nose. They went to a stop so the lady could get off the bus and the guide also got off the bus, NO OTHER guide came on the bus so the rest of the tour was in silence. We finally got off at our destination at the Tower of London. But very disappointed in the lack of guide information and the reckless driving.
This was a very poorly run operation, very disappointed. Guide left bus because he was going to lunch and told us no one would be coming on the remainder of the tour. Hoping back on the tour not clearly identified. There was an accident and a passenger from Australia was injured and if it wasn't for other passengers on the bus she would not have not received any care.
