Pre-recorded Commentary is available in 5 languages on all buses. Explore the city at your own pace with our flexible hop-on, hop-off tours that give you the freedom to plan your own sightseeing adventure. Hop off the tour as much as you want within the validity period of your ticket and simply hop back on when you're ready. Thames River Cruise One-way trip included with your Big Bus ticket. Take to the water with a one-way river cruise, operated by our partner City Cruises. The cruise gives you a fantastic opportunity to see the city from a different angle, with fascinating live commentary offered in English. Enjoy unique views of top London sights, including Tower Bridge, HMS Belfast, Shakespeare’s Globe and Tate Modern. Board at the Tower of London to sail to Westminster, or board at Westminster to sail to the Tower of London. To collect your river cruise pass, please present your booking confirmation to a Big Bus Tours staff member first. Panoramic Night Tour Our panoramic London Evening Tour showcases the city's famous landmarks and monuments as they're illuminated in the evening. Need-to-know: Hop on at the London Eye (Stop 12) at 19:30. The full tour circuit is 2 hours. Please note that the Evening Tour is not a hop-on, hop-off tour. Your Evening Tour ticket must be redeemed within the period of validity of your ticket – it cannot be used after your ticket has expired. Guided Walking Tour Our walking tours, led by one of our expert Big Bus tour guides, give you access to areas that you can’t visit by bus, while our guides reveal historical facts and fascinating stories about famous London buildings and cultural institutions. Our Royal Walk (Stop #7, 10:00am, 1.5hrs) reveals London's iconic royal pageantry, including the Changing of the Guard on days it is scheduled. Our Jack the Ripper Walk (Stop #16, 1:00pm, 2hrs) follows in the steps of the notorious Whitechapel murderer and his victims, and our Harry Potter Walking Tour (Stop #18, 4:00pm, 2hrs) explores various filming locations and inspirations from the movies.

Restrictions
- Tickets that offer validity for more than 1 day must be used on consecutive days. - Our buses are wheelchair accessible, with ramps enabling access to all vehicles within the fleet. There is space for one wheelchair per bus (unless the second customer is able to transfer to a fixed seat, in which case a second wheelchair can be accommodated in a fixed position). We do have some restrictions in place due to weight and stability, and advise that we do not carry mobility scooters. We also may not be able to accommodate larger wheelchairs for the same reason. The maximum weight allowed on the ramp is 300kg, which is the weight of the wheelchair when occupied. The wheelchair also cannot exceed the width of the designated wheelchair seating area.
Meeting & Pickup
Tour start point will be disclosed upon confirmation or If you have a hop-on, hop-off ticket, you can begin the tour from any stop. Please visit our Find a Bus Stop page to find your nearest stop. If you have once-round tour, such as the Night Tour, please check the individual ticket page for the departure location and time. Accessing your ticket: Once you've purchased your ticket, open the Big Bus Tours app, tap 'Add Booking' and enter your booking reference. On the day, open your bus ticket and press 'Activate'. Your ticket countdown starts – just show your activated ticket to the driver to board. For your cruise, head straight to the City Cruises terminal at Westminster Pier or Tower Pier and show your printed or digital ticket to board. To join our walking tours, head to the Big Bus Stop listed for each walk and meet your guide who will check your printed or digital ticket. Show your printed or digital ticket to a Big Bus team member at the London Eye to join the evening tour.
