What travelers are saying
We enjoyed our cruise very much. The tea was good; couldn't eat it all! Although we have been to London many times over the years since our first visit in 2001, this was our first Thames cruise and it gave us a fresh view of the city. We also found the staff to be friendly and helpful. We'd definitely recommend it to our friends.
Good luck if you get this tour on a warm or hot day in London -- the boat lacks effective air conditioning. Service was slow. Food was meh -- some of it is fine as snacks, but the "sandwiches" leave a lot to be desired. We didn't hear any specifics about nearby buildings and history until the end of the cruise. Considering what I paid for it, I can't recommend this cruise to others.
Loved the view, the boat ride and the service. The scones could have been fresher.
This was a fun trip. We had our own table and the cruise was a great view of the city landscape.
The cruise was nice, but the food was average at best. We have been to tea events in Chicago with better food. We received a very strange look from the waiter when we ordered tea instead of a cocktail.
