Embark on an unforgettable 10-day journey to discover the ancient wonders of Egypt. This comprehensive package takes you on a thrilling adventure to Cairo, a 5 star Nile Cruise, and the coastal city Hurghada. In Cairo, discover the iconic Pyramids of Giza, Saqqara, the Egyptian Museum, the Citadel and Coptic Cairo. Explore the highlights of the sightseeing in Aswan and Luxor, trip to Abu Simbel temples, with two stops in the way to visit the pharaonic sites of interest such as; Kom Ombo and Edfu temples. Relax on the beautiful sandy beach and enjoy the crystal water of the Red Sea in Hurghada and 4-star half board resort. Tour includes 2-nights at a 4-star hotel, 3-nights Nile Cruise from Aswan to Luxor with Abu Simbel trip(sharing a group), 2 nights in Hurghada, Sleeping train and airport transfers. Note: The Nile Cruise from Aswan every Sunday/Monday/Wednesday/Thursday or Friday. The cruise options for Sundays and Thursdays start sailing to Kom Ombo in the early morning of day 3 around 5 am. We will do all the excursions mentioned in the itinerary but in different order according to the cruise schedule.

Welcome to Egypt’s capital! You’ll be met on arrival at Cairo airport by our representative and transferred to your hotel. Your adventure begins with a welcome meeting to explain your itinerary, then the rest of the day is free at your leisure.

Archaeological Exploration at Saqqara. Visit The Great Pyramids, Sphinx & Saqqara: Full day tour of the pyramids at Giza and Saqqara. Start in chronological order, as it were, by visiting the step pyramid of Saqqara; the first capital of ancient Egypt, this is the oldest pyramid in Egypt 4800 B.c, built by King Djoser, before exploring the famous pyramids at Giza;

Boating at Aswan Dam. Aswan Arrival Transfer: Arrive at Aswan Railway station, meet your guide and transfer to your 5 star Nile Cruise to check in. Later start your tour by visiting the High Dam; achieved in 1960 to protect Egypt from the flood and generate electric energy. Proceed to visit the Graeco Roman Temple dedicated to goddess Isis using a small motorboat to get there.

Archaeological Exploration at Abu Simbel Temples. Abu Simbel, Navigation & Kom Ombo Temple: You will be picked up for Abu Simbel trip (sharing a small group). This amazing site was completely dismantled and rebuilt when Lake Nasser was flooded. Drive for about 3 hours, to be met by your Egyptology guide; who will escort you to the magnificent temples of Abu Simbel, telling you the stories and the history of the iconic sights of ancient Egypt. Back to the cruise by noon time.

Local Flavor at Temple Of Kom Ombo. Cruise navigation by afternoon heading to Kom Ombo city where to visit the amazing Temple Of Kom Ombo dedicated to two gods: Horus (the falcon god) and Sobek (the crocodile god). Also, you will get to visit the Crocodile Museum.

Local Flavor at Temple Of Edfu. Edfu Temple - Arrive Luxor: Enjoy a Horse Carriage ride with your tour guide to visit the temple of Horus at Edfu which is considered to be the most complete and the best preserved of all the Egyptian temples.

Leisure at Nile River. Return to the cruise. Relax on the deck watching the unique landscape and admire the beautiful scenery of the Nile river while sailing to Luxor. Afternoon tea on the sundeck.

City/Town Tour at City of the Dead (Cairo). Passing through the Esna lock to Luxor; built on and around the ancient site of Thebes, and has the greatest concentration of ancient ruins in the Nile Valley, if not the world. Across the Nile lies the City of the Dead, with its mortuary temples and rock carved tombs.

Local Flavor at Luxor Temple. To the east stand the Temples of Luxor and Karnak. Late in the afternoon, arrive at Luxor harbor, to visit Luxor Temple which is in the center of town and is colorfully lit up by night and where ancient Egyptian, Christian and Islamic features are exhibited. Go back on board and have belly dancing show.

Luxor West Bank, Karnak Temple Tour: Start your remarkable day by driving to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, where the pharaohs from the new kingdom hewn their tombs in the mountains aiming to hide their treasure and protect their mummies.

Local Flavor at Karnak Temple. Then to visit the massive temple of Karnak. It was linked to the town of Luxor by a long sphinx lined avenue. Inside the large courtyard are three temples. The much photographed Hypo-style Hall has an impressive 134 towering columns, each is carved with scenes of gods and pharaohs, and hieroglyphic inscriptions cover the walls.

Child rate applies only when sharing 2 paying adults.(maximum 1 child in one room). A child from 5 to 11 years old accompanied by one adult will be treated as an adult. Prices are quoted in U.S dollars , per person per trip and valid, except during Christmas, New Year and Easter Holidays (200$ per person per night will be charged as extra supplement for these Holidays) If your arrival to Aswan is so early, so we might start the tour direct upon arrival as Cruise check in at 12:00. Sometimes due to sailing conditions on the River Nile, Nile Cruises itineraries schedule and sailing time maybe updated. We assure that our clients will see all what is on their itineraries but maybe in different order. If Abu Simbel trip cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30$ per person.
