What your day looks like
This full-day private guided tour will take you to various Islamic and Christian sites in Cairo. Learn about Egypt’s Christian history and discover the Church of Abu Serga (St. Sergious) and the Fort of Babylon. Visit St. Barbara, the hanging church, and the old Jewish Synagogue -Ben Ezra. Tour Islamic Cairo and pay a visit to Amr Ibn Elas Mosque, Ibn Tulun Mosque, and the stunning Salah El Din Citadel. Step inside the beautiful Alabaster Mosque of Mohamed Ali; built inside the castle in the 19th century. Take special photos from the Citadel panorama. Door-to-door transport by an air-conditioned car and lunch at a local restaurant are included but beverages are not included.

Client was very happy with the tour. Pickup was right on schedule and great explanation of the history. Client was given the option to see a different mosque than the one on the itiernary and it's a great choice. Tour was professional and fun even for a teenager.

Abbas and Nasr picked us up right on time and we started in Islamic Cairo with great explanation of the history. Abbas also provided us with an option to see a different mosque than on the itinerary and it was fabulous, we even got to walk up the minaret. After a great lunch we heading to Coptic Cairo to see some fantastic relics.
