This product allows you to enjoy a single entry to the lounge(s) listed below. Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Please note that your E-Certificate is subject to lounge availability and entrance is not guaranteed (see the disclaimer for more details).

What to know before booking
Meeting & Pickup
Ahlein Premium Lounge Location: Airside - the lounge is located on the 2nd floor. After passport control and security control, turn right before the Duty Free shops. A Cairo Ahlein-Premium Lounge sign is displayed with a reception desk to welcome visitors. First Class Lounge (T1) Location: Airside - After Security and Passport Control, the Lounge is located on both Levels 1 & 2, take the stairs or escalator and follow signs to the First Class Lounge Area. First Class Lounge (T3) Location: Airside - the Lounge is located on Level 3 in the Departure Hall, after Passport Control and Security Check, turn left to Zone E and proceed to the end of the corridor. First and Business Class Lounge Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, turn the first right, the lounge is located before the free duty shops area.
