What your day looks like
Imagine yourself relaxing on the deck of a 5-star Nile Cruise ship sailing down the Nile from Luxor to Aswan, watching the beautiful Nile Valley scenery and the real Egyptian life. Explore the highlights of the sightseeing in Luxor and Aswan, and stop en route to visit the pharaonic sites of interest such as; Edfu and Kom Ombo temples. Enjoy a trip in nature by motorboat and have a chance to visit one of the Nubian families on Soheil Island in Aswan. Have fun and enjoy plenty of night entertainment of the belly dancing show, galabia party, Nubian show or disco, and more in 5 days/4 night Nile Cruise every Saturday, Monday, and Thursday from Luxor to Aswan. Full board, check-in with lunch, check-out with breakfast.

Day 1
Luxor
Local Flavor at Karnak Temple. Welcome to this trip! Egypt Gift Tours licensed tour guide will meet and assist you at Luxor Airport, Railway station or Hotel to be transferred by A/C van to your 5-star Nile Cruise to check in before lunch. Have lunch on board. Then, start your tour by visiting the largest temple ever: Karnak Temple built through 2000 years ago, covering an area of about 63 acres. Listen carefully to the stories and legends to be told by your tour guide. Marvel at the sheer size of the Great Hypostyle Hall, and take photos between the huge columns and obelisks.

Local Flavor at Luxor Temple. Luxor temple: Proceed to visit Luxor temple, where ancient Egyptian, Christian, and Islamic features are exhibited. Admire its obelisk and statues. Back to the cruise, dinner on board, and overnight in Luxor.

Archaeological Exploration at Valley Of The Kings. Valley of the Kings: Breakfast and start your remarkable day by driving to the West Bank to explore the Theban Necropolis by visiting the Valley of the Kings, where the pharaohs from the New Kingdom carved their tombs in the mountains aiming to hide their treasure and protect their mummies.

Local Flavor at Mortuary Temple Of Hatshepsut. Mortuary temple: Continue, to the Mortuary temple of the famous queen Hatshepsut at El Deir El Bahari. End your tour in the West Bank with a photo stop in front of the gigantic statues of Memnon. Return to the Cruise by noon to have your lunch. Start sailing down the River Nile, afternoon tea on the sundeck. Cross Esna Lock and overnight in Edfu.

Day 3

Carriage Tours at Temple Of Edfu. Edfu: After your breakfast, enjoy a Horse Carriage ride with your tour guide to visit the temple of Horus at Edfu which is considered to be the most complete and the best preserved of all the Egyptian temples. Back to the cruise. Relax on the deck watching the unique landscape and admire the scenery of the Nile River while sailing to Kom Ombo. Lunch on board. Afternoon tea on the sundeck.

City/Town Tour at Temple Of Kom Ombo. Kom Ombo City: Late in the afternoon, stop at Kom Ombo city where to visit the unique double temple of Sobek, the crocodile God, and Horus, the falcon God. Return to the cruise and have dinner followed by a folkloric party operated by the cruise staff and tour guides. Continue sailing to Aswan for overnight.

Sightseeing at Aswan Dam. Aswan Dam: After breakfast, discover with your guide the highlights of Aswan and listen to the story of the Nubian immigration. Start your tour by visiting the High Dam; achieved in 1960 to protect Egypt from the flood and generate electricity.

Boating at Philae. Philae: Proceed to visit the Philae temple; the Greco-Roman Temple dedicated to the goddess Isis using a small motorboat to get there. Lunch on the cruise. Free afternoon. Dinner on board and Nubian Show. Overnight in Aswan.

Day 5
Aswan
Local Flavor at Nubian Village. Nubian Village: Check out after breakfast. Get ready around 8 am to enjoy a trip in nature around the Nubian Village. You will be picked up down to the Nile to take a motorboat, sailing slowly to enjoy the scenery and views of the Nubian Village on Soheil Island, have a welcome drink in one of the Nubian family's houses, talk to them, know about their customs, walk around the village with your guide. Sail back, enjoy the breeze, and watch the birds while going back to your cruise.

Child rate applies only when sharing 2 paying adults. A child from 5 to 11 years old accompanied by one adult will be treated as an adult. Prices are quoted in U.S dollars , per person per trip and valid, except during Christmas, New Year and Easter Holidays (100$ per person per night will be charged as extra supplement for these Holidays). If your arrival to Luxor is so early, so we will start the tour direct upon arrival as Cruise check in at 12:00. Sometimes due to sailing conditions on the River Nile, Nile Cruises itineraries schedule and sailing time maybe updated. We assure that our clients will see all what is on their itineraries but maybe in different order. If you are travelling in a group and wanted to have your own room, then do a separate booking for a single person. If you are traveling in a group of 3 people, you will enjoy one triple room. If you want to have your own room, then you need to book for a single person. You will need to pay all the entrance fees by card except the High Dam and motorboat to Philae temple in cash. It is available to pick Travelers from Luxor west bank hotels with extra 10$ USD per person. It is available to drop off travelers at their Hotels in Aswan west bank with extra 10$ USD per person. If the trip to the Nubian Village cancelled due to bad weather, you will be refunded with 30$ USD per person.
