Meeting & Pickup
Layover Stay: Quito Airport Center. Landside – cross covered walkway from the main terminal building, the lounge is located on the 2nd Floor in front of the arrival gates. Sala VIP Internacional: Airside - after Security Checks and Passport Control on the Departure Level. The lounge is located in front of the Duty Free Shop. International flights only. Sala VIP Domestica: Airside - after Security Checks and Passport Control on the Departure Level. The lounge can be accessed directly from the 2nd Level as well as the 1st Level using the stairs or elevators. Domestic flights only.

Very nice facility. Lots of space to stretch out. Good selection of food, not too little, not too much, just right. Two alcoholic drinks per person, but bottled soft drinks were included. Pre-made sandwiches or made to order sandwiches available, as well as salad bar and some hot food (rice and pork). Sushi, too. My whole group enjoyed it. They only thing is, our flight was leaving at 11:15 pm, and we had an 8 hour layover beginning around 3 pm, so we signed up for a 6 pm slot - there was supposedly a three hour limit, so we planned on 3 hours in the airport, 3 in the lounge, and then a couple in the waiting area for the plane. Delta would not check luggage until 8 pm, and the lounge is in the international terminal past duty free, so we weren't sure if we could get in two hours after our time slot, but it was no problem at all - worked out well. Had some friends go to the domestic lounge owned by the same company, and it was not nearly as nice as this one. Good value.
