Nature Walks at Quilotoa. Quilotoa Lagoon (3,914 meters): After breakfast, drive through the Avenue of the Volcanoes, passing through Pujilí. Visit a local indigenous home in the Paramos to learn about their traditions and lifestyle. Visit the town of Tigua, renowned for its naïve paintings. Continue to the Quilotoa Volcano, where you can descend to the crater lake or hike around its rim. Optional activities include muleback riding or kayaking on the lake. Enjoy lunch while taking in the breathtaking highland landscapes and traditional indigenous villages. Note: On Thursdays, a visit to the Saquisilí Indigenous Market is optional.
