What travelers are saying
It’s was a great excursion. Loved it. Staff grabbed our cell phones and took pics for us. Bring cash to rent locker. Wear water shoes with a good sole. Hike was difficult- definitely not appropriate for people with mobility or health issues. Meeting point off cruise was outside the official port area and the directions were not clear on where to meet. That was stressful. But once we found our tour guide everything went well.
This experience was one of a kind! Our family ranges from age 10 to age 47 and we all had a blast and enjoyed the refreshing river and natural slides. FYI, the 45 minute hike up and about 15-20 mins down is difficult walking over a lot of river rocks with water shoes, I had on Chacos and those were perfect with a thicker sole or I would recommend tennis shoes that can get wet/be washed.
Another awesome excursion to the waterfalls. Its very active but highly recommend
our drivers and guides were great.
Well done. Organized. Would categorize the event as moderately strenuous. Good home, beautiful cavern, sliding rock and tall jump into a beautiful cool blue water. Guided were encouraging and engaging. Would def recommend.
Fantastic tour guides, excellent experience, so much fun!!!!
There were way too many people for this excursion. We ended up waiting in line for over an hour to jump our first waterfall. The group consisted of over 50 people. We were sandwiched between two other groups of over 50 people each. It was not an enjoyable experience and chaotic at times.
The excursion was a lot of fun. We had a wonderful photographer who took amazing pictures and videos of our group. The jumps and the slides were fun with great scenery. I rated this excursion as 4/5 because the wait time was extremely long with so many people on this excursion.
