Oliver Lab, is our newest project from the team of Taino Gourmet, in collaboration with the Oliver Rum House. Think of it as the place to get intimate with Rum, Cigars and good food while having a blast and creating memories. We do this through : Our Rum tastings, Coffee and Chocolate 101 courses, expert paring, and our chef’s table events, guided experiences with top local chefs a special type of masterclass where you learn why each ingredient was chosen and how it can expand your food horizons.
