What your day looks like
Get ready for a fun and refreshing adventure at the famous Damajagua Waterfalls, one of Puerto Plata’s top natural attractions. Your experience begins with private transportation from your cruise port, resort, hotel, or Airbnb in Puerto Plata.Upon arrival, your local guide will assist with check-in and safety preparation. You will gear up and hike up for 45 minutes to the zipline adventure and enjoy the thrill of flying across the tropical forest canopy with scenic views of the surrounding mountains and nature.After ziplining, continue descending to the Damajagua natural river area. Descending may take approximately 30 minutes, depending on the group's pace and other groups visiting the park. Once you reach the waterfall area, it is time to dip, swim, and refresh in the cool natural waters. There are 2 mandatory slide jumps of less than 12 feet.Guests can enjoy the waterfall pools, take photos, and relax under the forest canopy before heading back down. After the adventure, enjoy a delicious Dominican lunch before returning to your pickup location.

Helmet and life vest are provided and mandatory to wear. Closed-toe shoes are required. For safety reasons, pregnant women, guests with knee, back or neck injuries, guests with a recent surgery (less than 6 months), guests with heart or respiratory conditions, and guests under any medication that carries a warning of any mental or physical impairment may not participate in this excursion.
