Restrictions
Due to security policies, some activities have restrictions on weight, height, and age of the participants A valid license must be shown during the check-in process. As a passenger, the minimum height to be part of the activity is 1.30 mts / 4.27 ft. / 51.2 inch. For safety reasons, you are not allowed to take to the activities any personal belongings, such as cameras, cellphones, bags, or similar. Flip-flops or sandals are not permitted during the activities. Participants up to 18 years old are eligible to drive the ATVs.

All activities of the excursion were delightful, especially the Surf and Turf meal. The quad ride was an awesome experience, the serenade at the cenote was beautiful, the blue lagoon was lovely (although the water was quite chilly) and our dinner was exquisite. All the staff were wonderful. While we enjoyed the excursion very much, we were not impressed with the extra charges which we should have been made aware of when we booked: $10 US for insurance, $4 US for bandana, $7US for goggles, $25 per photo taken. We really liked one of the photos but didn't buy it because we were unhappy with the extra cost. In hindsight, I wish I had bought the photo of us on the quad because at 72 years old, I may never get into a quad again. If there's any chance of getting that photo sent to me I will pay for it. A phenomenal experience with a phenomenal team. Driving the vehicles was incredibly fun and lasts longer than other tours offering a similar experience. The saxophonist by the cenote was amazing and the dinner by the waterfall is a must for any couples! Would 100% do this activity again.
