The people I was with made the adventures fun however the staff did not. There was blatant racism displayed during the adventure where as black Americas some of the crew was very rude to us, completely ignored us, would not answer our questions, majority of the workers claimed to not speak any English so they wouldn’t have to help us. The picture crew took terrible pictures. They wouldn’t let us take our phones on purpose so we could buy pictures from them and the pictures weren’t even worth it. While waiting to get started with the buggy tour one of the pictures ladies came and took pictures of all of the non black people and blatantly skip over the blacks. You should let us bring our own phones and whatever happens to own phones along the adventures is on us. Completely disappointed by the treatment we received. The only workers that were nice were the ones working directing the buggies and Alejandro from ziplining. Not the camera crew or anyone else. Since this is a tourist attraction I’d suggest you hire more people that speak English for a better experience to the customers.
