The weather started off a little iffy, so I wasn’t sure how the day would go, but it turned out to be a really enjoyable experience. The snorkelling was great, with clear water and plenty to see, and we also stopped at a private beach and a natural pool, which was a nice addition. The drinks were good and easy to access, and I was surprised by how much food was provided. There was more than I expected, and it was all kept fresh in commercial-style buffet coolers, which made a difference. The crew were a big part of what made the day work so well. They were friendly, helpful, and made an effort to check in and help out when needed, without being over the top. Even with the slightly unsettled weather at the start, it ended up being a relaxed and enjoyable day overall with great music that wasn't too loud!!

I had an great time on the reef tour with Coastline Catamarans. The crew truly treated everyone like family!! The drinks were great and added to the relaxed, fun vibe on board. We were with about 25–30 people, but the boat was huge, so it never felt crowded at all, with plenty of space to spread out and enjoy the tour. The tour itself was about 3 hours in length, Our pickup was slightly delayed due to a previous pickup, but the company reached out right away to let us know. …Things happen, and their clear communication made all the difference and was really appreciated. Everything was well organized and effortless overall, making it a fun way to experience Punta Cana . Highly recommend! ????
