PLEASE NOTE: While our tour to Damajagua Waterfalls experience includes private transportation, the waterfall activity itself is NOT a private experience. Damajagua Waterfalls is a public national park that welcomes visitors from various local and international tour operators, hotels, Airbnbs, and cruise ships visiting Puerto Plata. For safety and operational reasons, all hiking and waterfall activities are managed directly by the park’s certified guides and staff, who organize participants into groups and oversee the entire experience. As a result, we do not have control over group assignments or park capacity during the activity. On busy days, the park may receive more than 1,000 visitors, which can result in congestion and waiting times. This is an operational condition of the national park and is beyond our control. For this reason, this excursion is not a fully private waterfall experience, but rather an excursion that includes private transportation and personalized service before and after the park activity.

Meeting & Pickup
We offer convenient pickup and drop-off at all Puerto Plata cruise ports. We also have pickup and drop-off for guests staying at Puerto Plata hotels. Our pickup for Cruise Passengers is adjusted to your cruise schedule. Note: It may be 30 or 45 minutes after the cruise ship has docked at the Port. After booking, you will receive a separate email from the supplier with detailed information about the meeting point.
