Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Please note that your E-Certificate is subject to lounge availability and entrance is not guaranteed (see the disclaimer for more details).

What to know before booking
Meeting & Pickup
Carlsberg Aviator Lounge (T2) Location: Airside - After Security Check, turn right. The Lounge is located near Pier B on Level 1. Aspire Lounge By Swissport (T2) Location: Airside - Schengen area after security check when entering from check-in and before Passport Control to the non-schengen area,next to boarding gate 27. Regus Express Lounge (T3) Location: Landside - After Immigration Check, the lounge is located on Level 4 of the Arrivals Area. Primeclass Lounge Location: Airside - Termial 3, the Lounge is located after the Passport Control. Eventyr Lounge Location: Airside - After Security check, the lounge is located at Just after the pass port control to the right.
