The Experience

What your day looks like

Take off your hat for the Danish Prime Minister and bow for Her Majesty the Queen! You have arrived at the HQ of the supremacy of Denmark, Palace Island, with its majestic Christiansborg Palace. Behind its stone facade hides grandeur as you have never seen it before! From antiques to modern gems, the Palace is an art collection. One of our favourites? The Queen's Tapestries. Before our appointment with royalty and politicians is done and dusted, we'll take to the streets of Copenhagen to really get to know the country's people. Did you know the Danes are referred to as the happiest people in the world? Our Private Copenhagen & Christansborg Palace Walking Tour introduces you to the country's powerhouse and covers sites like Nyhavn, home to Hans Christian Andersen. Grey Friars Square, with its picturesque houses and the inner-city where Copenhageners go shopping till they drop. We like to end inside Christiansborg Palace so that you can continue to explore it on your own. However, if you are eager to see more, we'll be happy to give you recommendations, such as our favourite canal tour. So what are you waiting for, an invitation from royalty? Experience our Copenhagen & Christiansborg Palace Private Walking tour for the pinnacle of what the city offers.

If the Palace is closed, OURWAY Tours reserves the right to swap the visit to Christiansborg Palace with Rosenborg Castle. Denmark is a country with four seasons. Please dress accordingly

Our group had a wonderful time with our tour guide, Vasco. The provider communicated with to make sure we meet withVasco. He patiently waited for us as it took longer for our travel time from the port. He was accommodating and informative. We’ll definitely use the provider in our future excursions. We neglected to take a picture with Vasco! Thank you.
