Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. Please note that your E-Certificate is subject to lounge availability and entrance is not guaranteed (see the disclaimer for more details).

Menzies Aviation Lounge (T1) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, turn left and take the escalator to Level 2. The Lounge is located immediately to the right. Menzies Aviation Lounge (T2) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, turn right and take the lift or stairs to Level 3. The Lounge is located immediately to the right. MasterCard Lounge (T1) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, take the escalator on the left to Level 1 and follow the signs to the 'MasterCard Lounge'. Erste Premier Lounge (T2) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, turn right and take the lift or stairs to Level 3. The Lounge is located immediately to the left.
