Medieval Dinner In Prague
What your day looks like
Join us for an evening of gluttony and merriment, as you journey make the fascinating journey into the Middle Ages! Step back in time as you enter the historical tavern and descend a steep stairway that leads deep into the darkness of old gothic cellars and – for this one night – also deep into the past. As the innkeeper leads you to your seats let yourself be immersed in sights, sounds, and smells that feel centuries old in this harsh yet romantic atmosphere. Once you are seated, it's time to relax and let the show begin! There is plenty to look at, to listen to, but most importantly plenty to taste! While you eat a rich, 3 or 5-course dinner - enjoy the show that plays throughout the entire evening. Listen to medieval music, watch the jugglers and beautiful belly dancers with swords and live snakes. Now and then, a sword fight flares up, so hold onto your jug of beer or goblet of wine and hope a musketeer does not challenge you to a duel. If you are lucky you may get your destiny read from your palm by a real fortune–teller!

What travelers are saying
Was entertaining loved it!????
The medieval dinner is such a fun experience. The food was good, and the unlimited drinks were a nice touch to make the atmosphere fun. We enjoyed the vibe and décor that made it seem as if we were in a medieval tavern, and the entertainment was great, with acrobats, musicians, dancers, and other performers. I thought that there was a good balance between performance and breaks to eat, drink, and chat with the people at the table. I’d recommend it to anyone who loves Medieval Times, Renaissance fairs, or wants a fun evening in Prague.
As a travel advisor, I would not send clients to this activity. It sounds like a fun thing to do in a medieval city like Prague, but it was highly disappointing. The room was extremely crowded. I'm guessing 300 people, with one exit in a vastly wooden old building (which is what makes a great medieval setting). But there are fire acts and several people at my table mentioned all these factors make it a volatile fire hazard. The food was bad, but maybe that's again authentic to medieval times. The acts (which I could hardly see from my spot at the table full of people) required very little talent, aside from yelling and being able to flail a fire stick or fire ring around. The belly dancers probably displayed the most talent, but most young women could have stepped into that costume and danced at the same level. I'm giving two stars only for their effort at an authentic setting, but they need to step up on presentation, food, talent and the number of people attending.
Show was difficult to watch from our position at the table
Clients enjoyed but seating was difficult and the most important thing to note is the level of music was extremely loud and every piece of music was excessively loud with not quieter songs. Performances were amazing but some quieter songs would have been appreciated and a more enjoyable experience
