The Experience
What your day looks like
Your guide will pick you up from a location of your choice (within the Republic of Cyprus) and you’ll be driven into the Troodos mountain countryside to the house of a village local to learn the traditional technique of halloumi and anari cheese making. You’ll take part in the process from start to finish while spending time with true locals. You’ll enjoy a tasting of the fresh cheeses made followed by a delicious traditional brunch! We’ll then continue our journey into the scenic mountain villages to visit 3 traditional product stops. Part of our touring will be a visit to a quaint village in the Troodos mountains with time to shop & explore.

What to Bring
We recommend you have breakfast before pickup. If you've booked between October - May then we advise that you bring an extra layer if possible as the mountain weather can be quite cold between these months. Be sure to check the current rules of movement within the Republic of Cyprus and bring along any necessary information (e.g. Flight pass if you have arrived within the last 7days OR Vaccination Certificate).
