After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. The lounge was nice, however it was not I needed. I thought it would be nice to have if it was like Club Mobay in Jamaica, but I found that was not necessary in Curaçao. Nice lounge & amenities though.
