What your day looks like
Leave Dubrovnik behind for this special full-day excursion including some of Hercegovina's most prominent attractions. Your excursion starts with pick-up at your Dubrovnik hotel at your pre-arranged time. Enjoy a less than 2-hour drive with your English-speaking driver down the scenic routes of Croatia and across the border to Bosnia and Hercegovina. Your first stop will be at the Gem of Hercegovina, the Kravice falls. The falls created by the river Trebizat provide an always relaxing and cool background for picnics and relaxing in pristine nature. Spend up to an hour in this beautiful place, take a swim, go for a stroll, or simply enjoy a coffee in the local cafes. After Kravice, join your driver again for another short trip to the home of the region's most famous bridge, Mostar. Walk down the streets of Old Town and discover the hidden gems of Mostar. Your professional English-speaking driver/guide will give you all information. After, join your driver once again for a smooth drive in your air-conditioned transportation back to Dubrovnik. Along the way stop at the medieval town of Pocitelj, which rests on the side of a hill with its iconic tower overlooking the valley. As this is a private tour, choose your departure and return time.

We had a great and private guide for the 3 of us for our day in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Dražen was wonderfully knowledgeable and shared his own story in the region, from the former Yugoslavia, through the Homeland War, to current day. It was very interesting. We really enjoyed the stop at Kravice and Mostar. Pocitelj was nice to see, although not much to see there. It was a good coffee and bathroom stop, more than anything. Suggest the clients are advised to wear sturdy, protective shoes for this tour, as the large stones in the streets are challenging, and seem to be larger than elsewhere. A beautiful and interesting tour, a beautiful country.
