The meeting point was not adequately explained. There are TWO Tourist Information Centers. Once realized, we raced to the other one- the correct one. Probably 10 minutes late. A company representative was furious at us. Not the guide, who was nice and knowledgable. That representative needs a lesson in friendliness and customer relations.
