What your day looks like
Tour is done by a local travel agency with permission to pick up guests inside Port of Dubrovnik. We schedule our tour with an updated calendar of cruise ship arrivals. Avoid big bus groups and enjoy your own private tour. You will be picked up inside Dubrovnik Port at your ship's gangway as we have special permission to enter inside Custom's protected area. It is your first time in Dubrovnik? If you want to learn about your destination, its history, and contemporary life, you want to visit a bigger city, a smaller town, and experience the surrounding countryside with some spectacular photo opportunities along the way then this is the tour for you! It is a 5 hour tour that gives you a real taste of a destination, intending to make you want to come back and spend more time in this beautiful city and our country. Enjoy commentaries of our friendly and informative licensed guides who will make you feel like a local on a relaxed pace tailored just for you.

Detailed Itinerary
The journey, in full
09:00 AM Our tour begins by picking our guests up at the port/hotel and driving alongside the Bay of River of Dubrovnik, passing Renaissance summer estates of Dubrovnik nobility and our Dubrovnik Yacht Marina safely situated at the end of the bay. 09:30 After cruising past Marina, we would be driving up to the slopes of Srd mountain, stopping at 2 spectacular viewpoints (only private tours go to the slopes of the mountain Srd, while all big coach tours stop at much lower and further viewpoint sites). After marveling at the beauty of the Old City of Dubrovnik and the island of Lokrum and the overall panorama (from Srdj one can see Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as Montenegro), we continue south to the most southern Croatian region of Konavle. 10: 00 Passing alongside small tourist villages of Zupa Dubrovacka, all destroyed in Croatia’s Homeland War (1991-1992) but all rebuilt and their beauty restored we arrive in the small medieval city of Cavtat (once the city of rich ship-owners and captains, today a favorite destination for world’s yacht jet set) where our group would stroll through its center, stop for coffee or ice cream and then drive back to Dubrovnik. In Cavtat, we will also visit Our Lady of the Snow church with stunning Renaissance paintings created by local masters. 11:00 Following Cavtat, we would drive towards the Old City of Dubrovnik where you would walk its streets with one of our licensed guides visiting all major sites and hearing all the important stories of its past and present. 01:00 PM After the tour, our guides would give you advice and tips about restaurants, bars, and shopping, to have around 1h free time, or you can choose to go back to Cruise Port earlier. 02:00 PM Return to Port of Dubrovnik - your cruise ship terminal
