This was a great excursion and experience, it went well. Explanation of where to meet was a challenge, you need to put ACROSS THE STREET from the Greyline office because if there had not been a crowd we would not have seen it, the office was closed and meeting place is a stand across the street. Just FYI, there was a very unfortunate exchange between two of the guides in the park and one other, it was yelling and caused a lot of chaos and then it continued throughout the park whenever we ended up near her. It caused some time delay and definitely way too much discussion. I have been wanting to find a way to report this to Plitvice if you can help me with a contact. Thank you. I do have all their names.
