What to Bring

Sun Protection is Key: The Croatian sun can be intense, especially on the water. Bring high-factor sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses to protect yourself from UV rays. Dress for the Water: Wear your swimsuit under your clothes as you'll have opportunities to swim and snorkel. Don't forget to pack a towel! Capture the Memories: Bring a camera or your smartphone to capture the stunning blue hues of the caves and the beautiful island scenery. If you have a waterproof camera or phone case, even better for shots inside the caves! Stay Hydrated: Even though complimentary drinks are provided, it's always a good idea to bring an extra water bottle to sip on throughout the tour, especially on warmer days. Comfortable Footwear: You'll be getting on and off the boat, so wear comfortable sandals or flip-flops that can get wet. Listen to Your Crew: Your boat crew knows these waters best. Pay attention to their safety instructions and any advice they give regarding entering the caves or swimming conditions. Prepare for Wetness: It's a boat tour, so expect to get a little wet from sea spray, especially on a speedboat. A waterproof bag or dry bag is highly recommended for protecting your electronics and valuables. Enjoy the Ride: Embrace the experience! The journey between islands is part of the fun, offering spectacular views of the Adriatic coastline. Be Mindful of Time: This is a 4-hour tour with multiple stops. Be conscious of the time allocated at each location to ensure you can enjoy everything and keep the tour running smoothly. Enjoy your incredible adventure exploring the hidden gems of the Adriatic! Consider wearing water shoes or sturdy sandals that won't fall off while swimming, as the bottom can be rocky. If you're not a very strong swimmer, consider using a life vest, as we provide them.

Restrictions

Blue Cave Entry: Swimming Required! Yes, swimming is permitted and is the primary way to enter. To access the Blue Cave on Koločep, visitors must swim through a narrow, low entrance from the sea into the cave's interior. Motorized boats do not enter the cave itself; they will bring you close, and then you swim in. Swimming Ability: It is essential to be a confident and competent swimmer to participate in this part of the excursion. Children: While children are allowed to enter, it's often recommended that they are of a certain age (e.g., 6-8 years old or older) and are strong swimmers. They should always be closely supervised by an adult. Medical Conditions/Mobility: Individuals with severe mobility issues, heart conditions, claustrophobia, or any condition affecting their ability to swim safely should be considered. The entry can be physically challenging.
