What your day looks like

Savegre River is one of the most beautiful rivers in Costa Rica, with super fun rapids and fully surrounded by a lush jungle. This is an authentic adventure for families, students, and groups of people seeking to enjoy the fantastic landscapes the Savegre River offers. It takes 40 minutes through the oil palm plantations, teak reforestation projects, and incredible landscapes to get to the river. After a safety briefing, we maneuver a couple of class II rapids before we stop for a short waterfall hike. While you enjoy the natural pool, we'll set up some snacks for you. The Jungle Tubing Adventure is perfect for all those ages 10 and over. The gently flowing waters and beautiful scenery of the Savegre River combine for a relaxing, fun, and fascinating experience. You will have a safety kayaker that leads the trip, and he will be in charge of safety.

Traveler Impressions

What travelers are saying

2024-03-02 5.00 / 5

We thought the trip was excellent - communication about the ride to the river and the tubing itself was very clear & accurate. Our guide (Anthony) was very experienced and personable, and his English was exemplary.

2019-02-10 5.00 / 5

The tour was organized and on time. The guides were very knowledgeable, friendly and fun. The river was a little low and we had a few issues getting stuck on the rocks. Getting into the river was a bit treacherous for people with any leg or walking issues, so you should note that on your description. But, we had a very good time. The tour is definitely worth the price.
