The Experience

What your day looks like

Start your adventure with a scenic drive from La Fortuna, arriving at our site surrounded by lush pastures and a rainforest river. After a safety briefing from our expert guides, the excitement begins. First, rappel down a 32-meter (104 ft) waterfall into a 3-meter-deep pool, followed by a second 15-meter (49 ft) rappel. Next, experience a series of thrilling jumps: - A 4.5-meter (15 ft) leap into a 3-meter-deep pool. - A 1-meter (3 ft) jump into a 1.7-meter-deep pool. - A daring 7-meter (23 ft) plunge into a 4-meter-deep pool. Afterward, climb a 17-meter staircase and take a short walk that leads you to the second rappel, a thrilling 17-meter descent. Then, continue with a brief walk through the river that brings you to the last adrenaline rush: a 10-meter (33 ft) jump into an 8-meter-deep pool. Throughout your adventure, enjoy the convenience of our facilities, including lockers, outdoor showers, and modern bathrooms. A professional photographer will be on hand to capture every unforgettable moment, with photos available for purchase. Then, return to Pure Trek Canyoning in La Fortuna for a delicious Costa Rican lunch with tropical smoothies and our famous coffee. Following your Rainforest Falls adventure, we will take you on a short drive outside of La Fortuna. To start, you will ride the tram up the mountain where your adventure will begin. You’ll ride 7 cables that go up to 200m (656ft) in height and 750m (2460ft) in length where you will be astounded by its impressive heights, speeds that go up to 70km/h (43.5mph), views, and you will be able to admire the surrounding mountains like in no other place. Take a photo from our renown view-point. This adventure requires very little walking as you will simply get off one cable and jump on to the next.
