The Experience
What your day looks like
A great tour for forest lovers. We leave from La Fortuna in one of our comfortable minivans. The ride takes around 30 minutes to get to a rain forest with hanging bridges at different heights where we will go for a 2 mile hike and with some luck, we will be able to see: howler monkeys, spider monkeys, white-faced cappuccino monkeys, lots of birds, snakes, armadillos, coatis, and other animals. After our hike in the rain forest, we will continue our journey to La Fortuna Waterfall a beautiful place with a lot of vegetation around it, once there we will hike down (500 steps with some resting areas) to the waterfall base to go a swim on the cool pristine waters of La Fortuna river, after all this exercise you will be hungry so we will take to a nice restaurant nearby to enjoy a delicious lunch.

Canoa Aventura includes transportation for all activities in Zone 1, which covers from the Jardines del Arenal Hotel to the Tabacón Hotel (with the exception of The Springs Hotel) and from the town of Jauri to the Eco Arenal Hotel. If the pick-up is contemplated outside this area, an additional transportation fee will be charged depending on your location.
