Your adventure begins with an early morning hotel pickup as we make our way to the iconic Arenal region. Along the journey, enjoy a scenic breakfast right beside Lake Arenal at the famous Café Macadamia—the perfect way to recharge and prepare for the exciting day ahead. This route takes you through a variety of ecosystems, showcasing Costa Rica’s incredible natural beauty and the impressive Arenal Volcano. Next, an expert-guided walk will allow you to discover the fascinating secrets of the rainforest, followed by an unforgettable experience high above the jungle at the famous hanging bridges of Mistico Park, where you will enjoy a spectacular bird’s-eye view of the surroundings. To complete this incredible day, relax and unwind in the soothing thermal mineral waters of Titokú Hot Springs for the perfect final touch.

Pickup can be arranged from all hotels in Tamarindo, Papagayo, El Coco, Playa Hermosa, Matapalo, Potrero, Flamingo, Conchal and Liberia town. • Please note that pick-up is not available from JW Marriott Costa Elena, Nosara area, Playa Grande, Sámara or any private residence.

This tour is totally worth it! For anyone visiting Costa Rica, I highly recommend this tour to anyone who wants to explore different parts of the country in a day. Our guide, Franco, was amazing! He was very informative, engaging and so much fun for our adventurous day out. We started out day with a delicious breakfast at Cafe & Macadamia. The service was lovely and you get a great view of the green surrounding areas - all while enjoying a yummy traditional breakfast. We got to see a good amount of wildlife. Our guide, Franco, even asked our driver to stop the van to spot a toucan in nearby trees. The 1.5-hour nature walk in Mistico Hanging Bridges was a great way to see the diverse ecosystem of Costa Rica. We learned about so much and had a fun time crossing the hanging bridges. We really enjoyed the 1-hour stop at a hot springs. It was a nice way to relax after a full morning exploring. After unwinding at the hot springs, we got to enjoy a 3-course lunch with a beautiful view of Arenal Volcano. This 12-hour tour is a fully packed day and cannot recommend this tour enough! Fair warning to anyone who might be prone to car sickness: This tour requires a lot of time in a van, and the roads toward Arenal tend to wind up, down and all around. If that is potentially an issue for you, then I would recommend to sit towards the front of the vehicle for the day.

This excursion is hard to beat. The guide we had was very knowledgeable and funny. The wildlife in the jungle was fascinating and the scenic beauty of the lake, volcano, and jungle is hard to put into words. The hot springs and accommodations at the resort were spectacular to say the least.
