Meeting & Pickup
Transportation to and from your hotel in air conditioned minivan with Wi-Fi from Zone 1 included. Transportation is included from most of the hotels in La Fortuna. If your hotel is far from downtown La Fortuna or the main road to the Arenal Volcano, extra charges may apply, please ask. For transportation from Zones 2 or 3 in the Arenal area, please add the extra cost.

We loved the hanging bridges! The views are spectacular and we had a beautiful, clear view of the Arenal volcano. The humidity made the hike a little challenging, but it was well worth the effort!

Absolutely amazing! Our guide was great with the kids, the hike was beautiful, the bridges were fun, and on top of that we saw SO many animals! Highly recommend!

The hanging bridge tour was incredible. Walking at different heights among the canopy was majestic. Most of the time, the only sounds we could hear were the creatures of the forest. And our tour guide, Kattis, was fabulous. She was able to spot creatures so small as well as far away. As soon as we started our tour she spotted a toucan, spider monkeys and a coati. Later on the walk we saw an owl moth, a tarantula resting in a notch inside a rock and a baby cobra snake that wasn’t bigger than 5 inches! Near the end of the tour we saw capuchin monkeys. She pointed out incredible trees, like the walking Palm tree that literally moves several cms a day towards the sun!

Loved this hike and our guide was able to spot so many additional animals than I would see on my own. That said please do not expect to see wildlife every 5 feet. You'll be lucky to see a Sloth, and you should play the lottery if you see a Puma or a Jaguar. Personally we saw Howler and Spider Monkeys. One was spotted by a group of people and was super hard to get close to the spot you could see the monkeys. The other Spider Monkey was found because it was the dry season and when it peed, you would see/hear it coming down the tree. A few in our group got pooped on too! Overall great tour, just be patient and don't get your hopes up to high.

Tour was well organized, and my family enjoyed the guided tour through the hanging bridges park. We had rain and our tour guide did her best to find and educate us about the wildlife and park.
