Our professional bilingual guide will share with you educational and interesting explanations of the plants and animals we encounter on the float, the waterfall, and the Arenal Volcano HikeYou will truly appreciate the wonders of Peñas Blancas river. Itinerary - This is a typical itinerary for this product. Stop At: Arenal Volcano (Volcan Arenal), Arenal Volcano National Park, Province of Alajuela - Safari Float in Peñas Blancas River. Enjoy the sights and the sounds of the tropic; experience its peacefulness as we quietly paddle down the Peñas Blancas river. Monkeys, sloth’s, iguanas, crocodiles and numerous tropical birds await you! Duration: 2 hours Stop At: La Fortuna Waterfall, La Fortuna de San Carlos, Arenal Volcano National Park, Province of Alajuela. Back to La Fortuna the tour takes ahead for the waterfall by car; a view of the 70 m high waterfall and a 600 m hike to the natural pool at the base. (Bring swim clothes, towel and special water shoes as the river bottom is rocky). Later on, drive to an organic production farm near La Fortuna for lunch. Duration: 1 hour 30 minutes - Stop At: Arenal 1968 Trail, La Fortuna de San Carlos, Arenal Volcano National Park, Province of Alajuela - At 3:00 p.m. tour continues to the Arenal National Park, where the tour guide will talk about the natural and geological history of the volcano, cross a path of solid lava and enjoy an excellent view over the volcano and Lake Arenal. Duration: 2 hours 30 minutes.

Arenal Volcano, Arenal Volcano National Park 21007 Costa Rica, 2 hours - We'll trek through different scenarios like open lands, lagoon shore, and of course, lava mountain trails where being in good physical condition is necessary to fully enjoy the variable vegetation where we’ll have the chance to meet the local fauna. La Fortuna Waterfall, Arenal Volcano National Park, La Fortuna de San Carlos 106-4417 Costa Rica, 1 hour 30 minutes - De regreso a La Fortuna, el recorrido toma la cascada en automóvil; Una vista de la cascada de 70 m de altura y una caminata de 600 m hasta la piscina natural en la base. (Traiga ropa de baño, toalla y zapatos especiales para el agua ya que el fondo del río es rocoso). Más tarde, conduzca a una granja de producción orgánica cerca de La Fortuna para almorzar.
