What your day looks like

We will start with a delicious cup of coffee, fruits, and natural beverages in the middle of the grass plains of Guanacaste, the hacienda is surrounded by sugarcane crops and the most important river in the Blue Zone of Costa Rica, Rio Tempisque. Explore this Wildlife National Refuge and its magnificent Tempisque River which border Palo Viejo National Park. Enjoy an incredible number of birds, Howler Monkies and white face Capuchin Monkies, as well as crocodiles and some other species in their natural habitat. Feel the contact with the earth and our roots, and prepare your senses as we experience the whole process of producing high-quality Rum from our purest sugar cane. View the extracting and cooking of the sugar cane juice in an artisanal way, until you reach the distiller where you will get the first liquors and highest purity. Our Rickhouse awaits your taste buds, which age and improve the flavors of our Sabandi Rum in its oak barrels. The aged rum, distilled on premises, boasts its characteristics and differences with each sip. Fun isn’t over yet, after the boat tour we visit again “La Casona” to enjoy the flavors of an invigorating typical Costa Rican buffet waits for our guests. Magic is on the air while we enjoy the flavors of homemade cuisine, traditional and delightful.
