After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. First Class Lounge (Terminal 2) Location: Airside - Turn left and go straight about 50 metres after the Security Check. First Class Lounge Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check, go straight for 10 metres, the lounge is located on the left hand side. CIP Lounge Location: Landside - Terminal 2, up to Level 2 and go straight about 30 meters.
