Detailed Itinerary
The journey, in full
Your private driver will pick you up at your hotel in the city center of Beijing and drive you to the Great Wall at Mutianyu. Upon arrival, your driver will assist you in purchasing tickets (at your own cost) and inform you of where he will be waiting for you. You will then have the opportunity to explore the Great Wall at your own pace. After your self-guided tour, you will meet your driver at the parking lot and be transferred to the next destination, the Ming Tombs, where your driver will be waiting for you in the parking lot. Following your self-guided tour of the Ming Tombs, your driver will take you back to your hotel in Beijing. Please note that this is a private transfer service only, and does not include entrance fees, meals, or a tour guide. Your driver does not speak English, but you can use the driver's mobile phone to contact the local operator if you have any questions during the journey. Mutianyu Great Wall - most popular section among foreign tourists It is 75km away from Beijing downtown and offers a great landscape of well-preserved walls and towers as well as beautiful surrounding greenery. Its road steps are also well paved. Driving Time: 1.5 hours Entrance fee 60rmb p/p, cable car round trip or ski lift up and toboggan is 140rmb p/p
