Beijing Mutianyu Great Wall Tour with Night View of Simatai and Gubei Water

Your tour guide will come to pick you up in your hotel lobby at a prearranged time. Then takes you to the Mutianyu Great Wall directly. On the way, about a 1.5-hour drive, your tour guide will explain the history and stories about the Great Wall. You will also enjoy the beautiful countryside scenery on the way. Once arrive at the Mutianyu Great Wall, you’ll enjoy a less hurried experience and take time to marvel at this wondrous structure and the surrounding hillsides. Take the cable car round trip or fun ski lift and toboggan to save your energy. Then hiking up and down for about 1.5 hours at the various sections of the Wall, exploring the watch and beacon towers. Lunch is not included in the tour. If needed, your tour guide can recommend local restaurants, with the expense at your own cost. Proceed directly to Gubei Water Town (About 1-hour drive). Accompanied by your tour guide, start your walking tour to discover the charms of the Gubei Water Town. Gubei Water Town is a replica of Wuzhen Water Town in Southern China. You will find many interesting shops, tasty restaurants, and distinctive hotels there. Afterward, you will be taken by a cable car to reach the top of the Simatai Great Wall. There are 10 watch towers open to the public at night. You will have some free time to enjoy the beautiful lanterns lighting up the path of the Great Wall and overlook the entire Gubei Water Town. This fantastic tour will end by driving you back to your centrally located hotel in Beijing.
