Its flexible redemption policy means that if you have any last-minute changes to your itinerary, you can - within 30 days of your original date of travel - redeem for the same lounge at a later date/time, visit a different supported lounge, or request a full refund. After booking, you will receive an email acknowledging your purchase. 30 days prior to travel, you will receive an email with an E-Certificate that you will use to enter the lounge of your choice. E-Certificates will be issued instantly for bookings made within 30 days of travel. First Class Lounge 3 (T1) Location: Airside - After Security Check, proceed 200 meters towards the 'East Side' where the the lounge is opposite Gate 6. No.5 First Class Lounge (Bookshop) Location: Airside - After Security Check, take the 'East Side' of 2nd floor, the lounge is opposite to Gate 2. International First Class Lounge 1 (T1) Location: Airside - After Passport Control and Security Check turn right and proceed on the West Side, Level 2. First Class Reception Counter Location: Landside - Before Security Check, the VIP Reception Counter is located in Area C of Departure Hall.
