Host Bio: Carol, born and raised in Santiago, is an entrepreneur and the owner of Worchips Cookie Co. With a passion for cooking, languages, and culture, she brings warmth and flavor to every dish she prepares. A self-taught cook, Carol draws inspiration from family recipes, cookbooks, culinary workshops, and her Palestinian heritage, blending Chilean and Arabic flavors. She shares her home with her Peruvian boyfriend, Paulo, who adds his own culinary touch with Peruvian dishes. Together, they create a unique, heartfelt dining experience for their guests. “I love making people happy through the food I cook.”
