Moon Valley is beautiful and we are so happy we saw it! However, most information listed here is incorrect. Our tour spot got sold to I Love Chile, and we got no communication from them until a few hours before the tour, which was stressful. Pick-up was at 4pm, drop-off around 9pm. The tour was physically strenuous — 90 minutes hiking in sand. Some people in the tour really struggled with this (a child, an elderly woman). Moon Valley itself gets 5 stars, but this tour only gets 3 for the reasons mentioned above.
