3 Stop Stingray City, Starfish Point + Coral Garden Tour
What your day looks like
Located in the North Sound of Grand Cayman on one of the largest sandbars, Stingray City is the place that will astonish you with its ethereal beauty. It is a 25 minutes boat ride from the Seven Mile Beach. The place gets its name from the thriving population of Stingrays there. At any time you visit, you will be welcomed by at least 20 stingrays. Spot these fascinating creatures gliding through the soft sand to greet you in the transparent, azure water. Swim, feed and even kiss these beautiful stingrays in the shallow Caribbean water having a varying depth of 4 feet. Our guests in Grand Cayman often leave with amazing pictures, wonderful memories, and in greater awe of the Stingrays. 3 stops: Stingray City Coral Reef Starfish Snorkel Round Trip

Please, be advised that guests on ships anchoring in Grand Cayman must take a small boat called a tender to shore. It is very important that you are in line early for the tenders to shore if you want to make it to the tour before it departs. It can take approximately 60 minutes to wait for tenders and get ashore. Once you arrive at the Royal Watler Terminal and exit through security, you should continue walking straight, and you will see a tent with a white canopy, hanging above a sign with the word “CAYTOURS” this is where our dispatch team will be. The tour departs from the dispatch booth at the Royal Terminal. Guests tendering to the North and South Terminal: You must make your way over to the Royal Watler Terminal (you can ask the port security for directions), you will be met by Cay Tours personnel holding a sign with the word “CAYTOURS” for easy identification. Guests tendering at the Spotts dock, due to rough sea conditions at the Royal, North & South terminals, must remain in the same place, you will be met by Cay Tours personnel holding a sign with the word “CAYTOURS” for easy identification. The tour departs from the Spotts Dock. Staying at a hotel or Airbnb? We pick up from all hotels and accommodations on Seven Mile Beach. Please make sure to inform us of your location in advance, so that we can make proper arrangements and ensure a timely pick up.

What travelers are saying
Overall we thought the trip was good and the crew were attentive and well organized. Next time I will look more closely because I would have enjoyed a catamaran with food and drink better. (Yes, I understand this was my choice . . . thank you!)
We enjoyed our captain and crew! They were fun and informative. The three stops did make the time at each stop very short and we felt a little rushed. We would do this again though.
Enjoyed the tour. There was only one stingray for us to see. Not sure what happened to all the sting rays that used to be swimming around the boats. Starfish stop was short but sufficient time for seeing a starfish. Captain Jake was very good at explaining what was happening.
Fantastic! Great experience!
This tour was absolutely wonderful - and mostly due to our wonderful captains! They were SO nice, friendly and helpful!!! We had a fabulous time!! Would recommend this to anyone! Thanks to our captains!!!!
Awesome tour. Great experience
Tour was amazing and the 2 tour guides were incredible. We got to hold starfish in our hands and kiss stingrays! Amazing!
The actual tour was great! Unfortunately, we had issues with our return transfer to the ship. The bus driver didn't pick us up in time and we almost missed our embarkation time for our last tender to the ship. We were promised Howard would pick us up in bus #4 at 1:00pm (our last tender was scheduled to leave the dock at 2pm). Howard didn't show. After three phone calls to Viktor at Caytours, they were finally able to send someone to get us (not Howard) at 1:50pm, but this stressed out several people in my group and put a huge damper on the overall experience. It also made me look somewhat incompetent as their travel advisor. Unfortunately, this is the second poor experience that I have had booking a shore excursion and I likely won't be doing it again for myself or my clients. It's not worth the drama!
