Meeting & Pickup
We are located on Fisherman's Wharf, which is located at 1 Dallas Road in Victoria, BC. The guests need to come to our "floating" office on the wharf 45 minutes prior to their tour for check in. Cruise Ship Guests: - Arrival: Guests should arrive in port at least 45 minutes to 1 hour before our check-in time, which is 30 minutes prior to departure. We are approximately a 15-20 minute walk from the cruise terminal. If you are arriving closer to our check-in time, be the first off the ship or ask for priority off loading. Our address is 1 Dallas Road (Fisherman's Wharf). - Return: Tours must conclude at least 1.5 hours before the cruise ship's scheduled departure. This accounts for the "all aboard" requirement, which is typically 30 minutes before sailing. This is due to our time on the water potentially being extended.

What travelers are saying
This tour was magic. The staff was incredible, very kind and knowledgeable, the boat was very comfortable and we saw so many whales!
Is was a perfect day . The boat. The People Who provided informatian. Everything was in The right order.
Staff/team was excellent - very knowledgeable, professional, polite, and engaging. Surroundings were beautiful and we got to see two families of Orcas, seals, sea lions, and an otter. Would definitely do it again if ever in the Victoria area again!
Fantastic tour - very informative staff, and enthusiastic, loved it, thoroughly recommend this company. The walk from the pier that Norwegian docks is more than 10 mins though more like 15-20 and little signage so had to ask a couple of times.
