My clients enjoyed their tour guide and the overall experience.

The only stand out negative I would share is that I would avoid that Trolly company in Vancouver. We didn’t have a good experience with the hop on/hop off and it ended up being a complete waste of money. It may have been a one off cause one of the drivers stated they usually have 3 trolleys but it’s a newer company and that 2 days only 1 seemed to ever be working. We tried to take it 2-3 times on the schedule that it just never showed up. The first time we took it up to Stanley park and enjoyed the aquarium and had planned to hop off again on the way back and she told us it was the last Trolly for the day cause they were all broken down so we couldn’t and then she spent like 4 times a reasonable amount of time to get us back cause she kept stopping and debating what to do with people to make room and go off route since it was the only working one. The actual commentary from the drivers we did experience was pretty terrible, and they were small/no standing allowed so when they did finally come and there wasn’t room you couldn’t get on. We ended up just taking some Ubers which was easy and not too expensive, so just felt like we wasted our money on it because it wasn’t super usable/they never showed up and couldn’t take you anywhere reliably. It would have been nice if they offered something in return other than, too bad we’re just done today when it was only like 3:30.
