Meeting & Pickup
Pick up and drop off at Georgian Court Hotel. Please arrive at least 30 minutes early. This is the default location if you do not choose another hotel.* **Until further notice, we are unable to pick up at the Georgian Court due to road construction that is blocking access. We are picking up at the Sandman Hotel Vancouver Downtown at 180 W Georgia Street. It is around the block from Georgian Court. ** We are able to pick the guest up at most major hotels in downtown Vancouver and Richmond if the guests already have a hotel booked.
