Additionally, pass through the historic Gastown, culturally diverse Chinatown and the Vancouver Harbour. For 45 minutes, enjoy seeing Vancouver through a bird's eye view from the Lookout viewing deck. The next stop is Capilano Suspension Bridge, Vancouver’s oldest tourist attraction. With the original bridge constructed in 1889 from cedar logs, this destination attracts travellers from all over the world. This park’s main feature is the famous suspension bridge which stretches 1450 feet (137 meters) and 230 feet (70 meters) above the Capilano River. Once you’ve conquered the bridge and your adrenaline is pumping, rise up amongst the tree canopies with the Tree Top Adventures where a series of platforms and smaller bridges will give you a higher perspective. What travelers are saying
Excellent, informative tour. Great way to explore Vancouver.
This tour was excellent. Seeing Stanley Park was awesome, the Totem Poles were unbelievable. I enjoyed learning about the Nation of original inhabits. The Capilano Bridge was awesome, unfortunately it rained and slowed us down seeing everything. Sights from the Lookout tower were great!
Great tour!
An excellent tour!! Our guide, Meghann, was very personable, knowledgeable, and a great driver. We very much enjoyed the city highlights - Stanley Park and the totem poles, the amazing Capistrano Suspension Bridge and Treetops Adventure were the definite highlights, but all of our stops were worthwhile and enjoyable. It was a full day well spent!
Enjoyed driving through Stanley Park. It's such a big and pretty area. Got a brief stop at the Totem Poles and then later a brief stop at Prospect Point. Would have been nice to stop in the Rose Garden area. Enjoyed our time at the Capilano Suspension Bridge. The 1.5 hours provided there allowed us to do the Suspension Bridge, Treetop Walk, Cliff Walk and visit the gift shop. This was our favorite part of the tour. Was looking forward to the stop on Granville Island, but the 1 hour provided there was not enough. It's a large area, no map was given, and very little guidance from the bus driver. We barely had enough time to make our way from where the bus was parked, find a place to eat, order food / eat it very quickly, before it was time to get back to the bus. You really need to provide at least 1.5 hours here and provide a map. Many on the bus were stressed at this stop instead of being able to enjoy it. Bus driver was okay. We took this tour at the end of a two-week trip in Canada and he was by far the least favorite we had. He did provide information along the way but it was his demeanor and the way he spoke that seemed to be off.
Great tour with this guide
