What travelers are saying
Overall, great experience as far as convenience and customer service goes. Greg was our driver and he was wonderful! He loaded and unloaded our heavy luggage by himself. He was very knowledgeable about the area and the history of Vancouver. He also takes great pride in his hometown, which was great to see. We sat on the left side of the bus and did not get the same views as our family that was seated on the right side - of course, this is out of the driver's control. Would have liked to have more opportunities to get out and explore the areas. Again, Greg was a fearless driver who knew the area well and shared a wealth of knowledge.
This was a great tour and so convenient to be picked up at the cruise port (with our luggage) and dropped off at the airport.
Great communication. Our driver, Tim, was awesome!
We booked this tour as a way to tour the city after our cruise and before our evening flight home. It was very convenient as they pick up at the cruise terminal and will drop off at the airport. We weren't quite sure we were in the correct place and the woman who checked us in wasn't very friendly when we asked her if we were in the correct place. That is the reason for only 4 stars. Our actual tour guide was Greg and he was very good and friendly. The tour stopped in two places; Stanley Park and Granville Island. Greg then drove around different neighborhoods and described the history and architecture. Overall a good way to get an overview of the city before heading home.
We had a tough time finding where to meet the tour. The first part of the tour was great but the last 1.5 hrs touring the homeless and dropping of passengers was not as enjoyable.
It was a rainy day, so unfortunately it was not very exciting. Our driver did good. Very knowledgeable but the circumstances were not the best.
Very informative tour of Vancouver. Gregg was a great guide. Loved seeing the park and the food market. Very comfortable bus and very convenient for a post cruise traveler as they take you to the airport afterwards.
Great post-cruise way to see Vancouver.
