Explore the artistic world of Old Québec, a UNESCO World Heritage site, during an immersive private walking tour of its art galleries. You will dive into the fascinating world of local and international artisans and painters, discovering their unique creations. From the rich history of cobblestone streets to contemporary exhibitions that bring the walls to life, this tour offers an unforgettable experience blending history and creativity. The galleries are carefully selected for their diverse styles and origins, providing a well-rounded showcase of the quality found throughout Old Québec. If the funicular is closed, we can arrange cab transport to avoid having to walk up the hill, or we can provide a ticket to be used later in the stay, at the customer's discretion (if they wish to walk up). A 15-20% tip is strongly recommended at the end of the visit.

1 – Departure You’ll begin your private experience at a meeting point of your choice in Old Québec, where your guide will introduce the tour and tailor it to your interests, whether that’s art, history, or hidden gems. 2 – Lower Town Exploration & Galleries You’ll explore the Lower Town, including areas such as Place Royale and the Petit-Champlain district, while discovering selected art galleries along the way. You’ll typically visit 2 to 3 galleries, where you can admire a variety of styles and learn about local and international artists. 3 – Funicular Experience During your tour, you may take the funicular to move between Lower and Upper Town, enjoying unique views and a smooth transition while your guide shares insights about the city’s layout. 4 – Upper Town Exploration & Galleries You’ll continue in the Upper Town, exploring areas around the Château Frontenac and City Hall, while visiting additional art galleries. Here again, you’ll typically discover 2 to 3 galleries, offering a different perspective on Québec’s vibrant art scene. 5 – End of the Tour Your tour ends wherever you prefer whether at your hotel, in a neighborhood where you’d like to dine, or near shops you’d like to explore making the experience fully flexible and personalized.
