What to Bring
We encourage appropriate footwear for uneven surfaces. Tours run rain or shine. Ponchos are available on City Cruises Boat and Journey Behind the Falls. You will get close to the waterfall. Be prepared to get wet. Limited restroom availability, please go prior to your tour and ensure you are ready for the tour when you arrive at the meeting point. Parking: We recommend parking at 5400 Robinson Street. Please note this parking lot is a 10-minute walk from the meeting point and includes a set of steep stairs on the route.
Restrictions
All guests must pass through security. Please don't go directly to the boat or go down the elevator without your guide. This is a walking tour, guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace, you'll cover roughly 2 Km (1 mi). We encourage appropriate footwear for uneven surfaces.

This tour meets at 6075 Niagara River Parkway, 6075 Niagara River Pkwy, Niagara Falls, CA Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your tour, your guide will be wearing a yellow vest, and holding a green Walks sign. End Location: 6650 Niagara River Parkway, Table Rock Welcome Centre, Niagara Falls, CA

It was a fun experience and we've never been there bofore. I will say the behind the Falls tour was not what I thought, you just walk down a long tunnell and see the falls from a Portal. I thought we actually walked out there but did get to the falls from the side.

Our guide, Kim, was absolutely amazing! The walks we took and the boat ride were both delightful experiences, offering stunning views and exciting moments. However, the journey behind the falls didn't quite live up to our expectations. Additionally, the instructions on where to meet were somewhat confusing, which caused a bit of a challenge at the start. Despite these minor setbacks, it was an overall great experience that we thoroughly enjoyed.
